It is not easy to walk at the high altitude over 4,300m in average and cross the Nam-La Pass at 5,300m. The trekking tour is designed with several days of sightseeing in Lhasa and slow drive from Lhasa to Gyantse and then forward to Shigatse and Lao Tingri to help for acclimatization.
