Lhasa Gorkhar Hotel is a tourist hotel in Tibet built completely in Tibetan style. It was once the Nepal Embassy in Tibet and later reconstructed to be a Tibetan hotel.
The whole building and its decorations aims to reflect the special Tibetan culture. The main building and trees in the yard have about 3000 years of history behind it. Located between the famous Barkhor Street and Jiangsu Road, guests can walk to Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel restaurant serves Nepalese, Chinese and western food.
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (welcome, the service, charm, cleanliness/maintenance and overall experience/value for money. There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
