Lhasa Tashi Choten Hotel is featured by the traditional Tibetan culture in old streets. It is well located in the old town and the main sights can be reached easily by walking distance from the hotel.
It is a traditional Tibetan building enriched with Tibetan decoration. The first floor is a Tibetan Restaurant and the guest rooms are on the second to fourth floor. On the roof, there is a teahouse where you can overlook the city and view the great Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace in distance. Lhasa Tashi Choten Hotel is constructed from the old Tibetan houses so there is no facility like telephone or air-conditioner in the rooms at the moment.
